SCS (Synstelien Community Services) has been supporting people with disabilities in the community since 1996. With several homes located in West Central Minnesota, SCS tailors each one to meet the special needs of those who make it their home.
Whether activity-minded and "on-the-go!”, or medically involved, every opportunity for enrichment is explored and pursued. Inside our homes you will find an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance.
Caregivers are on-site 24 hours each day, strongly motivated to support each individual in discovering their potential and achieving their dreams.
